Wrote and managed the Datebook section of the magazine’s arts and culture events listings. Carefully and authoritatively curated listings that showcased both the big events in the arts scene and the lesser-known or unusual events in all art form genres.
Also conducted interviews, as well as wrote and researched long form articles and reviews. Past interviews have included burlesque impresarios McCann and Velaine, Marlo Mack (creator of How To Be A Girl podcast), and Joel McHale.

Eddie Bauer
Worked in the Eddie Bauer’s corporate headquarters collaborating with in-house creative and e-commerce staff to create copy for direct mail pieces, in-store items for store employees, and certificate letters for customers. Came up with headlines for online category copy, writing and editing product descriptions, and e-commerce copy. Main duties included writing headlines, product copy and more for August/Fall, Fall Resource, Winter Resource, and Holiday catalogs.
Also provided copy for Better Homes & Garden Ad (LEFT)
Reischling Press Inc.
Developed concepts and created text for an internal company workbook for Reischling Press Inc. Researched company mission, interviewed staff, and finessed messaging for the company CEO.

Pacific Northwest Ballet
Created and wrote humorous ad concepts, and tag lines for PNB’s, Laugh Out Loud Spring Dance Festival.
