WHAT WAS DONE:

I collaborated with the in-house Nordstrom UX Direct Team of designers, writers, usability team, and Nordstrom staff to create, update and edit UI and UX copy for new and existing websites, and mobile devices like the True Fit tool. You can see the case study by clicking on the pdf.
