I collaborated with the in-house Nordstrom UX Direct Team of designers, writers, usability team, and Nordstrom staff to create, update and edit UI and UX copy for new and existing websites, and mobile devices. I worked as a resourceful problem-solver translating complex ideas, industry data and business requirements into comprehensible language.

Duties Included:

Owning and executing the copy direction, revising, and curating content for a range of optimizations and new features—ensuring consistent experiences across all platforms. Attended usability tests where I adjusted and revised copy quickly. Worked collaboratively in an agile product team made up of product managers, engineers, and fellow UX direct staff to create smart, relevant and socially-connected experiences.
