Showcase and share Microsoft’s mission to destigmatize the challenges people may be facing during May Mental Health Month.

 

THE SOLUTION:

I introduced the idea of examining the "workplace game face" to normalize conversations around mental health and create messaging that made employees feel safer asking for help and using available resources.
